Virtually everyone who has a web site or has surfed the Internet has found a
page that they would like to save as is, either in electronic format or on
paper. We can do this for you quickly and remotely.
Pickup
and Delivery
FREE pickup and delivery in the downtown Honolulu area. If you are
anywhere else, you may call for pickup or dispatch your materials to the address
below. We will provide an estimate of applicable charges, including
delivery, if needed.
If you want your materials returned, please enclose suitable prepaid labeled
packaging. If we are saving files to a disk you provide, the same rule
applies. Unless otherwise agreed, all materials remaining after your
order is completed, will be kept and stored for a maximum of 30 days.
If you reside in a foreign country, your courier
may require a street address prior to shipping materials via non-postal
routes. See information below to contact us to arrange shipment and return
of materials and files.
Payment
of Fees
Fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. All new customer orders
require a 50% deposit.
You can pay in advance in cash, by company check or money order, according to
our prior estimate. If we picked up your materials and deposit, you can
pay the balance when we deliver the order (COD) to your location. Checks
must clear our bank prior to processing your order. Foreign checks must be
drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. funds. Bank wired funds must be pre-arranged
with our bank.
Credit and Debit cards are not accepted at this time.
Company credit accounts may be requested and approved after payment of the
first order in cash or by company check. Accounts must be cleared between
orders or within 10 days of invoicing. Purchase Orders from government or
private agencies may be accepted with prior approval on a per-case basis.
