GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This fabulous estate is a private 5 million dollar residence just 25 min. from Waikiki in East Honolulu on the island of Oahu Hawaii. Our rates are reasonable and negotiable depending on the size of your group, length of time and day.
The estate has hosted many different events, including weddings, Norah Jones and Diana Krall's private end of tour parties, workshops, seminars, private corporate events, parties and benefits for several charities here in Hawaii!
The gently sloping lawn is very private for your wedding ceremony, photography and garden reception for parties of up to 150 persons. Business gatherings and receptions are welcome. Sufficient on-street parking is available.
Many times this area is surprisingly dry and sunny when it is raining on the rest of the island.
FACILITIES
"We have lots of spots for great photos - in front of the waterfall, on the lanai with Diamond Head in the background and by the pool with the mountain and ocean views. We have a huge high-ceiling living room that can host the ceremony, in-house tables and chairs to seat 50 and to accommodate a bar and buffet, two waterfalls, a large pool, elegant Buddha Statues placed around the grounds (which can be removed), a romantic fireplace, a gourmet kitchen that is a caterer's dream, a huge master suite with Jacuzzi available for the honeymoon couple, a vanity area for the bride to get ready in, a sound system with wireless mike if needed and incredible views and ocean breezes. We have had as many as 350 people here but our ideal size is anywhere from 20 to 100 guests."
We can offer wedding bands and we can give a very affordable package rate when clients reserve the estate and entertainment such as the band, DJ, disco lights, etc. Click on link below for more information.
RATES
Wedding or Vow Renewal Package: $495; includes minister, 2 leis, deluxe certificate & more; one-hour rental of property. Click here for details.
Rental for 4-5 hours: $1400 (parties up to 35); $1700 (parties up to 50); $2200 (51-100 persons); $2700 (101-150 persons); quote for larger groups.
Damage Deposit: $250, refundable
Cleaning Fee (if applicable): $100-$150
Honeymoon Suite: $350, one night only; check-out 11 a.m.
