TERMS APPLY TO EXCLUSIVE 170-FOOT DINNER CRUISE
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS: A deposit equal to fifty (50) percent of the minimum guarantee is due one (1) month prior to sail date. Full payment is due two (2) weeks prior to sail date along with your final count. If payment is not received in accordance with this term, booking will be subject to cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In event of cancellation due to weather, we will make such determination.
INDEMNIFICATION: Client shall indemnify and hold harmless OUR COMPANIES from all liabilities, damages, claims, suits, judgments, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees) incurred by the Client as the result of any claims by third parties arising out of or in connection with the breach of its obligations and/or its respective products/services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In the event that OUR COMPANIES is unable to provide services due to any strikes, natural disasters, Acts of God or other conditions beyond the control of OUR COMPANIES, there shall be no liability on the part of OUR COMPANIES.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Client and OUR COMPANIES shall maintain all information concerning this agreement in strict confidence and shall not disclose such information to any third party.
Upon concluding your function, the vessel must be restored to an orderly condition.
