following terms and limitations, our normal
TERMS
apply.
1. This package must be booked online using our
Online Booking Form. All required fields must
be completed in the "Contact" section, and please
indicate any additional applicable information.
2. In "The Ceremony" Section, choose "Rainforest Fantasy
Package" in field #1. Indicate type of ceremony in field #2.
Other discounts do not apply.
3. If additional options that are not included above are desired, place a
check mark in the box next to the item in the list of Professional
Services and Flowers & Leis as desired; normal prices will be added to the
package price and confirmed by us in writing.
4. Reservations are handled on a first-come-first-served
basis. Professional Services are contracted ONLY after receipt of
good funds.
5. In event you pay in full & your date cannot be
reasonably accommodated under terms of this special offer, or we fail to
accommodate you to your satisfaction, determined in advance of
contracting services, your payment will be returned, less actual costs,
if any.
6. Notice is hereby given that holiday months can be very busy, especially on weekends, so book early and be
flexible to avoid disappointment in not getting the exact time and date
you want. This site is best around noon to 2 PM as by then, any hiking
groups will have left & midday light is best. The sun
passes over the mountain later in the day. You will be asked to meet 45 minutes
prior to ceremony start time. Limousine service is available for $295
(3-hour minimum). Travel fees apply for each additional service
provider who will hike the trail with us.
7. The hiking portion requires walking for approximately 20 minutes one-way.
Most of it is uphill but is easy, safe and suitable for beginners. Your minister will be your guide to the site.
If you choose to linger at the site after the ceremony, you are on your
own to get back to your car. We assume no liability of any kind in event of mishap.
A liability release form is required.
